South London Gallery: Environmental Impact Consultant

INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE FORMER PECKHAM ROAD FIRE STATION

 

The South London Gallery is delighted that it has been gifted the Grade II listed former Peckham Road Fire Station, across the road from the SLG’s main site, by an anonymous benefactor, and has been awarded funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund to progress plans for an extensive archive, community participation and capital project. Proposals are invited for a range of consultants to work with the gallery as plans are developed for the South London Gallery Fire Station Annexe, including:
  
·       Business Plan and Activity Plan Consultant
·       Building Conservation Plan Consultant
·       Building Management and Maintenance Plan Consultant 
·       Archive Consultant
·       Access Consultant
·       Environmental Impact Consultant  

The SLG welcomes proposals from consultants and/or groups of consultants to meet a single brief or a number of briefs. 
 
Closing dates for Proposals: 
5pm Thursday 29th October for proposals for Access Consultant and Environmental Impact Consultant (DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY 13TH NOVEMBER).
5pm Friday 6th November for proposals for Business Plan and Activity Plan Consultant, Building Conservation Plan Consultant, Building Management and Maintenance Plan Consultant and Archive Consultant.
